If within one year from the date of purchase, this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, ASAP Timers, LLC will either repair or replace it free of charge.

The warranty does not apply to:

1. Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, unreasonable use or dropping
2. Units which have been subject to unauthorized repair, modification, alteration or adjustment, opened, taken apart
3. Units not used accordance with direction, or with improper installation, improper electric current, voltage or supply;
4. The cost of service or service call to:

1. correct installation errors
2. instruct the user on proper use of the product

5. Damages exceeding the cost of the product. Some states do not allow a limitation of damages, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty service is available by either:

1. returning the product to dealer from whom unit was purchased, or
2. mailing postage prepaid to:

The product should be wrapped securely when mailing to avoid damage.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as stated above, we make no other representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to our products, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer agrees that in no event shall ASAP Timers, LLC. , its directors, officers, employees, or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to the products we sell.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to Acts of God, Government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license), wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.

Miscellaneous
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, and the parties consent to any action relating to this agreement or the subject matter hereof being brought in a state or federal court located in Travis County, Texas. Both ASAP Timers, LLC and customer will comply with all laws applicable to them in performance of their respective obligations under this agreement.
